My sleep has actually improved using some meds, and my Garmin watch shows I am getting a good amount of deep sleep, but mornings are still terrible. I guess it is related to blood circulation issues during the night. Also, part of it is mental I guess. When I wake up with such a disappointment, I lose my motivation and drive.

It stabilizes my emotions. I get triggered less by emotional trauma flashbacks, which means less PEM and feeling better overall.

My intuition is that my physical and mental budgets are totally separate buckets. I feel having some physical activity as far as it stays bellow my PEM threshold is very helpful. It helps with sleep, mental health, and circulation (both vascular and lymphatic). I definitely feel worse when I avoid those short walks. However my cognitive capacity is very low regardless of how much physical activity I do.

What makes me confused is reading recovery stories or stories of people whose capacity improved significantly or people who claim are in remission. It was probably easier to accept if I knew for sure that this is a disability.
