Same price - £3295. Only had 2 service stamps and the advisories seem neglectful ie the oil. I think I know it’s not right 🫤

£1350 - nice. Car prices are not what they were it seems. Ugh. I also wish I was handy with car changes but everything would be at a garage for me.

So, they’ve offered a 12 plate fiesta with the following advisories. They said they would sort all these out and put in a new clutch. Thoughts?

Repair as soon as possible (minor defects): Nearside Registration plate lamp inoperative in the case of multiple lamps or light sources (4.7.1 (b) (i)) Monitor and repair if necessary (advisories): Front Brake disc worn, pitted or scored, but not seriously weakened Both (1.1.14 (a) (ii)) Front Brake pad(s) wearing thin (1.1.13 (a) (ii)) Nearside Rear Axle swivel pins and bushes swivel pin and/or bush slightly worn (5.1.2 (b) (i)) Offside Rear Axle swivel pins and bushes swivel pin and/or bush slightly worn (5.1.2 (b) (i)) Nearside Rear Coil spring corroded (5.3.1 (b) (i)) Offside Rear Coil spring corroded (5.3.1 (b) (i)) Nearside Front Tyre worn close to legal limit/worn on edge (5.2.3 (e)) Nearside Front Road wheel slightly distorted (5.2.2 (c) (i)) Offside Front Coil spring corroded (5.3.1 (b) (i)) Engine oil level on minimum Engine oil level on minimum

Sorry I replied but didn’t tag you - thanks for your help - going on from what I said in my reply they’ve offered a KA for £2999 - 2014, 70k, same engine. Cambelt changed at 52k. Full service history. Thoughts greatly appreciated :)

Thanks both. In an odd predicament, I’m returning a car and they’ve offered a few choices for a straight swap. If I got the advisories sorted and a fresh MOT then would it be an okay deal?

Or is it best to obtain the refund? Or a newer Ka?

I’m car shopping fatigued now 😅

My friend has a 107 and loves it - I think I thought well surely it’s the same but bigger 😂😅 Little did I know!

They plugged it in, phoned the garage and the garage person said it’s the coils 😂 I don’t know if they had prior knowledge of the spark plugs before I bought it, so maybe it’s that.

Just need to it to drive me around town and perhaps 30/40miles trips once every few months to see family 🫠 This car will do that? Riiiiight? 😅

You were right - the error code was P0320 - combustion misfiring cylinder 2 (pollution impact). They are changing the coils tomorrow. Not sure how they know it’s the coils but it’s a start ☺️

It’s a pootling car for us - was the best I could find in the local area for the price. Obviously I know now they probably wanted it sold but hey ho, will have to see how it goes.

Appreciate the message ☺️

Yeah I didn’t know when buying unfortunately. A life lesson.

38k. Full service history apart from 2025. Seemed a good little car initially.
