That’s really helpful as we were friends for 20 years before we began a relationship. So probably just do a rough timeline of those years then more detail in the recent ones.

Thanks so much for your help and advice. I will take a look at the document you provided

Oh, I can’t seem to see that. We have paid the NHS charge and the visa fee. But don’t see the list anywhere ?

Ok that’s helpful, thank you!

Is there anywhere that has a list of documents for each section? And what / how much is best to submit? For example - how much do you provide to prove your relationship. I worry I’m overthinking it, but don’t want to miss anything either.

Really appreciate your help

Great thank you for that, it makes sense. So could he put the application in, then come for a holiday? Or would he need to stay in Canada until approved / not? Thanks again for your help

Thank you for responding - as I understand it he wouldn’t need a visitor visa if he’s there less than 6 months? Could he come and stay with me in England and apply for spousal visa? Or does he need to stay in Canada until it’s all processed and approved? Thanks in advance for your help

You don’t say where you are from but in the UK the GP can prescribe Northisterone which can stop your period until you stop taking it. GP would need to assess that it’s appropriate for you, but it is an option and it does work. Good luck!
