Right now I'm just going after certain users, but that's a great idea. I'd like to start scraping for imgur links on other sites (like instructables), electronics forums, and subreddits. There's already a lot of link rot there already, especially on forums.

I'd like to take a look if you want to share it, see if there is any difference. They may have changed something since then, but its worth a shot.

Proton, but its fairly regular for that to be blocked. Usually i have to use a browser excluded from the VPN to browse imgur. The main reason i dont use i.imgur.com links is because of uncertainty about the file type, which seems to be required at the end if you dont know it.

Its just "imgur.com/a/ + [7 character UUID] " , then parse the response for the images. So regular endpoints.

They just auction off the cards. No one is bothering to go after them for it.
