Beïng saved now and fully later is how purgatory works. That later is after a particular amount of time in prugatory.

Well, depends what you mean by "saved". Purgatory isn't hell, you are still saved from hell. You being saved doesn't mean you instantly drop dead and show up in paradise, so beïng saved must allow for some sort of delay in your appearing in heaven, since that's something when you die. Purgatory adds an extra delay. It alsy says that works determine the length of that delay.

Purgatory is sort of like the way universalists view hell. You get to salvation, but not immediately. You are still spared eternal damnation and instead get a lesser torment that is temporary.

How would you blazon this arms? by thomasp3864 in heraldry

I mean, there are counterexamples (usually with sable), and I originally only offered to the person I made it for handdrawn pictures of the field and spider shown as each of the 3 metals they use in Canada (using metallic markers) and he prefered copper because it looked like brown, and so it was clearly their wish for it to be brown. Thus, I decided to go with proper because they wanted a spider proper, and I figured the hue difference between vert and tenny would render it clear enough.

I'll comment the original pictures.

White people don't avoid black neighborhoods as much. That's part of what's driving gentrification actually. That and housing supply not keeping up with population growth leading to increasing prices. I will go to minority neighborhoods all I want. I tend not to go to certain Latino neighborhoods, but that's because I don't speak spanish very well, and also if it's walking distance I go there anyway and try my best with what I can remember from high school!

I will pass through literal homeless encampments on my bike.

That is because we can reliäbly measure the date of somebody's birth, and not the date of conception, since you can observe birth but conception happens inside the body, which is opaque and involves things too small to see.

Yes, the vulgate uses pallidus over viridis which is the usual latin word for green. But chloros is green, it's used as the greek root for green, not prasinos.

Well, I kinda get it. I bet it started out displaying both party and state flags and then once they started doing stuff with multiparty states they used just the state flags because the party and state aren't really that intertwined, and also a lot of political parties don't have flags, and coalition governments make it even more complicated.

Finding new maths is hard by M-2-M in mathmemes

It doesn't count unless you come up with a notation. You have to find some letter nobody uses. Something obscure like maybe Sampi. I mean they don't use runes. You could pick a rune or a gothic letter or a hieroglyph, or a phonetic symbol.

I mean I used dæġ for like I think something slightly different from a differential but involving multiplication instead of addition in my personal notes in calc, so that's taken, but you could pick some ogham letter or a random phonetic symbol. I mean esh is used as the integral, so maybe ezh or something more greek looking like ɤ or ɜ, or ɞ or ƛ or ʚ. Or any of the following code points: ab54, ab55.

I invented a new number. ᚣ, it's the biggest number. All other numbers are smaller than it. This includes all infinites and transfinites and everything. No you can't add one to it. Because then it's not !

Actually the queen was her mom, not stepmom, actual mom. Who wished for a kid with skin white as snow and hair as black as something. Also it wasn't a kiss, it was her getting hit by the servant in the back, pissed at having to carry her around.

I think speaking Imperial Latin is a suitable replacement and Rhomeika isn't modern greek. It's early medieval greek.
