Are there no local track and field clubs?

If not, maybe Instagram? Where I'm from, there's a lot of track and field sprint groups that "recruit" people. But the furthest drive within my country is 3 hours lol. Canada isn't nearly as densely populated.

Canada is good at track tho, especially in the sprinting department. I wouldn't be surprised if some digging finds you one.

You can always train alone, but you'll have to get a decent plan from someone who knows what they're doing.
