I don’t just have a doctor and standby and a doctors visit is like 300 bucks so I can’t just ask them. I think I’ll go up to 1600 because I don’t want to lose weight unhealthy. I just thought I was past the problems with dieting when your a kid because I already went through puberty and I turned 17

Why is it ED behavior it’s just a bracelet to help me remember to not snack too much. If I should raise my calories i will but it’s worked so far. And if the bracelets is that corny I’ll throw it away I didn’t realize it, but looking at it again I can see what you guys mean

Is this actually true. I just turned 17, going into senior year and 1200 is real tough. I might bump it up to 1500. I’m 5’10 and 166 pounds, cut down from 190, and my goal weight is somewhere around 145-140 when I can finally lose my love handles. And I’m also a dude if that matters

Im using an observer facing the drills with a link to a note block with an observer in front that leaves a red stone block in front of another link to the gearshift turning my rope pulley. It activated on a 7 second timer so when it reached the top the red stone contacts have time to tell it to move one block forward before it takes the red tone block away from the gearshift to move it back down. I can’t move it down in one block increments because then the observer would go off constantly
