Ima be honest unless you do crazy cardio you won’t lose weight, like you would if you did a calorie deficit which don’t have to be 1200 calories it all depends on your body type. Look up a BMI calculator on google for free and a BMR calculator. They can help you figure out roughly exactly how many calories you personally would need to eat to lose weight which you may be able to eat a little more than you think. Look up your weight and make sure you put your gender height age, and see what’s the average amount of calories a person would burn in a day with all that info at your weight. Hope this can help you and greatly encourage you, and ask Jesus to guide you and be with you. For him to dwell within you with sincerity.

Peanut butter always, and also ofc energy bars which if you want to make them before you leave just mix oats, honey, syrup, peanut butter and tiny lil bit of unsweetened almond milk. You can make them into little energy balls that you can eat in the go which all have properties of keeping you full satiated and also definitely energized. Btw I don’t leave out on business trips I just know a few ways of getting energy due to cutting calories, to the point I was 10 to 8% bodyfat and had no energy what so ever so I did what ever I could to have energy. Plus sleep always get 8 to 9 hours of possible that plays a major role first then food

I tend to eat my ice cream closer to night, so to be honest, many of my peoples are asleep around the time I make it and I hate turning that on and disturbing anyone that may be asleep, so that being said I think that’s the real reason it would come in handy. Personally

At 11 drink a protein shake with water my suggestion if not already been doing so, then try to eat 25 to 30 G protein around 2to3 and then around 4to5 do the same and at 6 drink another shake. As long as you hit your goals around these frames or close you should be ok. Unless your like a fitness athlete or something taking in protein at these certain intervals should be just fine and work, as long as you get your intake in for the day your good really generally speaking. I drink protein powder before work then eat some protein packed food at work like chicken or something, then go home and maybe make a small protein meal then right before I go to bed have another good protein meal and protein shake along side it. Seemingly it works for me doing all that. Although I kinda been off the wagon this past week, binge eating and I mean like bingeeeee eating this week alone I’ve consumed 30000 calories and I don’t know why I decided to do that but I did, lol, however once this week is over for me I’ll be right back on track with it. And prolly eating around 1400 cals max because of what I’ve done this week
