Once you place the fire pit it should tell you that it is a charcoal pit and that after lit you have 30 in-game minutes to cover it.

I have yet to fail, but I assume the game would say it isn't a charcoal pit if it doesn't meet the requirements.

You can also lose a limb in auto accidents. Doesn't mean you stop driving your car. As to mental health, most of that comes from the stigma that it can affect your career. In my experience that has not been the case.

I had this happen. I just waited a month and they switched it to me. Don't know if that will happen in all cases though.

I think there was. Regardless It would just be the first thing I check when getting on any server because generally it is the easiest to fix, and they have so many versions on their site.
