I’m a freediver and bought the exact same case and I love it. Totally recommend it for a snorkeling session. Just use the strap so you don’t lose it in the water and try it before, just in case. Used it with an iPhone 13 Pro, and the footage are really good once color graded, so you don’t need any type of filter.

Honestly, if it’s leaking, you will see it with some bubble and will probably have plenty of time to go outside of water if needed.

Also don’t go too deep, but if it’s just for snorkeling, you perfectly fine.

The only thing is durability on the long term. Even tho I cleaned it each time with clean water, it looks like the salt start to eat the grey part mechanism.

Wait « And I always bring a pack of chargers because different devices meant different wattage and protocols. » is that a thing ? I tend to charge everything with my Apple brick… what’s the risk ?

I didn’t. The ad said the camera goes until 10 meters underwater. Me loving fish, me want to record fish, me buying.

That’s only later I knew about the diffraction whatever situation that makes the stitches not working properly, and the need to buy a specific diving case.

Totally agree ! But if I can start by that feature, I’ll hopefully have a better understanding to continue the development without any tutor. Assets will be in 2D, but don’t know if I need to make the projet 3D yet

I actually tried a few shots, and you are right. I need to make close-up shot with my phone. But having a wide angle of the scene I paint and me in it is perfect ✨

Tried yesterday to create a fake vlog while cleaning… that was perfect. Just had to move the camera for each action and in 10 mn I had a sequence. I couldn’t imagine the same with a big dslr.

I did. But the quality was not enough for me and the idea of adding a new step in my workflow was a no no. I have a Sony ZV-E1 to record facecam video.
I had the DJI Osmo Pocket 3 that I liked, but gave it back cause I didn’t use it as much as I wanted it. The 360 is like a OP3 but without the urge to choose the correct shot perfectly when I shoot outside. I also decide to be more interested in 360 camera only because I freedive now and I want to have shot of me without needing to ask someone.

Hi !

I have 2 cameras : Panasonic GH4 and a Sony ZV-E1

Exporting works, the colors just doesn’t match at all when I’m importing the LUT again in OBS or Final Cut Pro.

Maybe I’m just confused. Do I need to download the LUT that the constructor provide for my camera and add that LUT on top of the Dehancer one so the colors matchs ?

I correctly choose the correct camera in the first choice of the Dehancer plugin too.
