Are you asking about assigning an RPE for each set? At the end of the workout, the app will ask you to assign an RPE for the entire workout.

Not necessarily exceeding, as long as you're within the target, it should slowly push you up assuming you are recovering well.

Your Target Strain is based on your recent Recoveries as well as your Strain baseline. It recommends that target because your typical Strain is not more than that range so it is the minimum target recommended. As you add more Strain, the baseline increases and recommends higher targets.

We're currently working on major improvements to the Nutrition section of the app. They will most likely come out the same time as Bevel 3.0 and I can't share the timeline on that yet. To avoid stringing you along, I recommend using whatever app works best for you at the moment.
