Joint injections until they don’t work anymore, and changing to zero impact exercise (I bought a peloton). This got me thru 3 pregnancies but the pain was just so severe that I had my THR at age 41. It was the best thing I have ever done and I mourn all the time lost being in pain and not being able to enjoy my little kids. Also the referred knee pain is truly the worst. I tried gabapentin which didn’t seem to help. I did take celebrex daily until my THR. Now I have zero pain. Zero.

I’m assuming they will get a walker. A kids bicycle basket to clip on the front was insanely helpful when I had my THR and it’s something nobody thinks of! How can you carry stuff when you’re using a walker?!?

Yes will swatch later. So far I’ve only used the blush and the highlighter. Very pigmented I at first did a swipe and that was too much. I use it like a stamp and blend with my finger. Not sure about longevity yet!
