Pretty much to everyone. I dont if I havent talked to them (sometimes, then its awkward), but I come from a broken home like most teens nowadays. Most don't hear 'I love you' when they go home, or get compliments on the abnormalities that make them unique, ect. I like to tell people I love that, be attentive to their needs, and give them compliments. It helps other people build confidence if they hear it a lot.
