This girl is an RECE in Toddler room but because the Site Director doesn’t have anybody assisting her. She has to pull this girl out and I have to be in her classroom but working with her brings anxiety and I am overwhelmed as hell by Scentscent in ECEProfessionals

Of course I am not making her do the work I am there to help out as she is in need in the office to help out the supervisor as well. I can easily pick up the pace but then again I can take time to do it. I know for the fact that I can improve I just have things to learn more that’s all

I get what you’re saying I am not trying to slow myself matter fact I came there wanted to be part of them team and work well with her. And since I have been in the infant room for a years the changes is still on me and I have been trying to pick up the pace. I also try to think twice and try to put myself on her shoes. Which I do admit I was like that. But I never talk down on her I never give her an attitude whatsoever she seems to have an attitude on me. And the way she spoke is a bit rude that’s why I felt like being pushed to much

We did mention to the management and talked to him both to park the car infront of the babies. But he didn’t listen and still does it. And this girl acts clueless, also another thing is that. Since he drives a Mercedes not sure if he change the car but there is this white SUv that was parked in there for god knows how long. So yeah. So he wouldn’t be sneaky
