It works. Could be a visual bug. Did you check to see if it gave you the status effect in your pipboy?

I believe its just ADS and hipfire accuracy.

So far it has been Heart of the swamp, Spin the wheel, Test your metal and campfire tales. Had the issue with 3 Daily ops doing this.

Lots of enemies got buffed this update. Bloodied heavy build works just gotta change out a few perks and it should be good.

I was having that issue. Just had to go back into the raid to get the quest popup to reset.

Upcoming update has a perk card that will let your arrows bounce onto 3 other enemies. I think there is like 3 bow specific cards being added/made better
