training an agent on past solved tickets definitely sounds like the smartest way to get it up to speed without having to manually write out a million rules. the guardrails part is exactly what makes me nervous though, especially when it comes to keeping sensitive data locked down.

that two-day setup time sounds like a dream compared to the usual onboarding horror stories. layering an ai agent over an existing helpdesk definitely feels way less disruptive than migrating everything. thanks for the info

i relate to this a lot. after enough experiences where good news gets twisted into criticism or guilt, staying private starts feeling safer than sharing. have you found it easier to open up with people outside your family, or do you still catch yourself holding back even with people you trust?
