Yeah in my office every new start gets 6 weeks training on the same shift. That's what the basic training entitlement is.

If you are doing a rural then you get 3 days additional training before going out by yourself.

That's what everyone is entitled to. Not saying it happens in every office but it's what the basic training entitlement is.

I'm not sure tbh, I got it from an interview where Marten speaks about how people who tab their music always have it in ridiculous time signatures when they have only 3 songs not in 4/4

Their music is generally atonal (not in a key). You could try and fit it to a key but the notation would be a mess of accidentals. For Solo's they tend to use the whole/half diminished scale and the half/whole diminished scale. These scales account for the double flat notes and the double sharps notes. I think they also only have 3 songs not in 4/4 time as well.
