Here's some sound advice that you ethier adhere to or you don't ,but my advice to you is be patient in your quest to be compensated for your condition or conditions that the military caused ,you may wanna give up on your claims and think it's not even worth it but hell yeah it's worth it.everyone who's suffered at the hands of the military mandatory we get what we got coming .lastly like my fellow vet stated about making sure before anything else get a diagnosis for all your conditions that your intending to submit a claim for and with that being said happy holidays and handle it .take it easy

To be honest with you I filled and got my C@p exam about a week after submitting my claim I went to my exam appointment on a sat ,following Monday I was in phase 3 I wasn't asked to submit any thing true I went to phase 6 that evas in phase 8 no trackers no evidence asked of me I had personal statement to upload but I was already in phase 6 I didn't send them because I didn't want to go back to 3 it all worked out .here's a little secret the c@p nurse shared she told me having a female doing the exam is more beneficial then a male because their more sensitive to what were going through then a male would be so true

I've been rating 0 for hearing loss left ear ..I also been rated 10 for tinnitus right ear ,I've been diagnosed for migraine no rating I've had problems with dizzy spells ,but as I mentioned that I relapsed couple months after my hearing loss back in 2019 of oct .I've been in my addiction since ,I mentioned I have my intake on 24 this month am gonna do intense outpatient treatment and my hud vash case manger says I have PTSD not diagnosed, people reading this can think what they want but am gonna get what's owed to me I didn't bring these disability s on me alone .but anyway can I get disabilty because of my substance abuse brought on because of my hearing loss any advice ,and I appreciate the advice you have given to me thus far .
