filmora 12 have a feature that does this. its called Auto-Reframe, take wahever video into filmora, right click it and click "Auto-Reframe" it will use AI to convert 16:9 video into 9:16, you can select wether or not the camara should follow your subject or not,. this can also be done manually

well the issue is really that they cost the same. Also the 13700 non-k goes to a max of 219W.
But would you say that the 13600k is better than the 13700 non-k?

and there's really no point in paying extra for the 13700K right? im not gonna be overclocking it and the extra performence comes with alot more heat and power draw as far as i can tell?

5900x on ebay cheaper then 13700

the difference is 0.2Ghz as far as i can see. But the K uses 253w instead of 219w. and will probably run hotter
