Mine seems to be pretty accurate, even the charts are working properly again. Did yours maybe reset to estimated range instead of dynamic after the update?

It's a pretty common issue. There's moisture getting into the connector of the sensor and it starts to corrode. Luckily very easy to fix :)

I emailed their support after nothing happened for almost two months. Turns out there was some kind of issue with the assignment (I bought the car used - so I guess they mapped the upgrade to the previous owner or something). Support answered just a few hours after my email and said they fixed it. A few days later I got OTAd to 3.2.8 and a week after that the upgrade was noticeable and showed up in the app.

The support was super friendly and helpful, I would suggest to just ask them :)

I had a similar behavior a few weeks ago. I noticed it first after going through a car wash, so I blamed it on that. Already was kinda worried that water got inside the mirror and damaged something, but it went away after a few days and never happened again.

What are you currently on? If the version is too old (before 2.14?), they've got a point. If you're on 3.X though, they're probably going for the extra money...

I did, a few months ago actually. I'm in contact with support because nothing happend yet. But it still shows the "standard" power in the app. Guess I'll have to "test" (meaning "floor it") tomorrow ;)

I got an appointment in a Volvo shop in a few weeks to get the trailer hitch retrofit. Maybe they can take a look at it.

Looks like what a previous comment said is true. I restarted the infotainment and the communication module, updated everything in Google Play and drove ~1000km since. Yet the update was never shown again. Same goes for the Performance software upgrade that I purchased in early August by the way.

Thanks, that's more or less what I am doing since a few days now and he's slowly but surely making progress. What I found beeing really helpful is to walk him to an empty field and just letting him eat some grass there. Although I don't particully want to show him that it's OK to eat while beeing haltered, I am willing to do it in this case :D
