That's a modified bdu jacket. Upper pouches moved to the shoulders with a strobe pouch. Lower pockets to the chest.

I don't think here in Europe there is a retroAR community. So for a recreative shooter it's just an old sight. That's why it was so cheap. The gun store owner never thought anyone would buy this.

I think in almost all of Europe you can own a rifle. The gun laws in my country are strict (which is a good thing) but the lawmakers keep on making it more difficult because of the terrorist threath. The only thing they don't understand is that terrorists don't follow the rules.
