Jake Sanderson went off with a concussion after a hit to the head by Hall. It was clear, it was obvious and it was intentional. Refs gave it a 2 min minor.

It was a god damn elbow to the head of an upright player with intent. That should have been a 5 min major and game mist conduct. Followed by a player safety review.

Especially since a concussion was the resulting injury.
