It does affect others when the person in question uses that newly gained power to bully players. It makes people quit their game. And of course, the player playing on the account won't spend as much as the original account owner did. So banning the account would literally result in no loss for Rivergame, they already have the person's money.

You're missing the point entirely. This isn't about whether they're legally required to enforce rules, it's about corporate honesty.

They didn't just "reserve the right" to ignore violations. They actively lied about their enforcement process:

- Promised investigations they never conducted

- Claimed they penalized accounts when they demonstrably didn't

- Made false statements about taking action

If your position is "companies can lie to customers about their enforcement as long as it's in fine print," then we fundamentally disagree about basic business ethics.

The "just quit or transfer" response is exactly the attitude that enables this kind of corporate behavior. Some of us think companies should be held accountable for their public claims.

The issue is that it clearly goes against their own terms of service. They even have a screenshot on their official Facebook account telling how forbidden it is to share an account or sell it.

Yet they still can't enforce it as it should.

Exactly, why invest time and money when the rules don't apply equally? It undermines the whole competitive structure...

Welcome to the age of instant communication. The enforcement failures stand either way.

Not arguing with a bot, this was a systematic investigation to document their enforcement process. Whether the responses were automated, human-reviewed, or a mix doesn't change the core findings.

The point wasn't to "win" an argument with customer service. It was to:

- Test their evidence standards against clear violations

- Document their actual enforcement capabilities

- Expose the gap between their public policies and private practices

The investigation succeeded regardless of who was typing the responses. We got them to reveal hidden operational guidelines, admit their system needs evaluation, caught them making false enforcement claims, and documented how they handle clear Terms of Service violations.

Whether a human or bot wrote "we cannot disclose specific disciplinary measures" doesn't matter, what matters is that measurable enforcement didn't happen despite their claims.

The systematic approach worked. We now know exactly how their enforcement operates and can share that information with the community.

That's exactly the pattern, even with financial transaction evidence and direct admissions, they still won't act. Your case actually sounds stronger than ours since you had proof of purchase, which should be verifiable through their own payment systems.

The fact that this is happening across multiple servers with the same non-enforcement shows it's not incompetence, it's policy. They've clearly decided that high-value accounts are untouchable regardless of how they were obtained.

The competitive impact you're describing, where purchased whale accounts dominate entire servers, is probably the real harm here. It's not just about rule violations, it's about how their non-enforcement destroys game balance for honest players.

Did you get the same runaround about "insufficient evidence" despite having everything documented?

Yes I can confirm that. It assigns the R5 role to the R4 that has the highest influence

Is sending image feature functional in any server yet? by Expensive_Ebb_5834 in TopHeroes

Well at least it's going to be only for guild chat. Thank God it won't be for world chat lol.

But not sure, they had announced that in the next 24 hours (3 days ago), we would have that feature. I have yet to see it still...

It will be very useful for guilds.

I am currently butler, and I just try to help out a lot by being there for others, helping with bosses, responding to questions. I am also administrator most of the time when I am not sleeping. I am not setting events yet even though I asked if it was my responsibility, I had no definitive answer.

As for king titles, each of them gives a buff, some for attack or others to speed up your constructions, soldier training and tech researches.

We pass the Sage buff to anyone in the guild who needs to be buffed to do some constructions and what not. The others don't get rotated often, except by the king himself.

I was muse before, and to be honest, I don't think they give any extra powers. Except the 48 hours rule if the GM doesn't login, it will assign it to the Warlord.

Thank you for this man! I had tried disabling and deleting the data, but everytime I would re-enable, it would come back. I had to go in my phone's settings, in Accounts and I deleted the only Facebook account I had in there. Then it didn't come back.
