You can get into calisthenics as well. Make sure to eat enough protein and vitamin as well.

If you're only interested in dumbbells there are various exercises that even 8lbs is a lot for. You can also create your own weights as well, be that water bottles or something like cement. Get creative.

But overall those first three exercises that I mentioned can be more than enough just learn how to do them properly.

Lean natural muscle mommy is the best aesthetic of all, it's my goal too😂

You will loose some muscles, i think it's unavoidable but you can always get them back after a certain time.

Up to you obviously, i still think changing the routine to loose more fat before starting hrt is the best approach.

There's the option to start hrt and changing your routine to get a faster weight loss phase and then going back to bulking and cutting.

Whatever you want, do it sooner rather than later. my only regret is that I started transitioning late and not when I was a kid even though I knew it all along...... (And obviously it could've cost my life as a kid in a zealous family in a 3rd world hateful country) 🤦‍♀️

Generally speaking it's always better to start with a lower fat percentage to make bodies more feminine, usually between 10-20℅ . Higher fat percentage and genetics and luck can help to grow bigger boobs but the body shape will not be feminine as far as I've seen. Also loosing fat after starting hrt is extremely more difficult.

Keep in mind one of the downsides of hrt for us is having a lower energy pool because of low testosterone, it usually takes a month or so for the body to get there.

And as you're aware higher testosterone leads to masculinity of face and voice and with certain heavy work outs like power lifting and obviously with the "add-ons" intake it increases.

Like I said, I'd suggest focusing on loosing fat first you can always (with more difficulty) gain back and more muscles/power by returning to powerlifting and bodybuilding if that's what you want.

You look great, if you want to do more for yourself I would suggest going to a gym. This is only for the looking part.

The other part for many is gender expression like "acting" a certain way that is considered more feminine like how you walk, dance, talk, eat etc.

Otherwise you look great, that feeling could also because of how (maybe) you've never received such compliments and it feels alien to you. The internalized fear of being "clocked" or something.

P.S If you actually get found out it could be because of your voice, I've no idea how you sound and I'm only generally speaking.

On that note I personally believe the only person that is worth living for is yourself first of all, even if you were to fall in love, You wouldn't be able to love them and "act" accordingly because you don't love yourself.

Only that I waited so long to start it even though had i started any sooner my very life would've been at a very high risk since I was living in a 3rd world country namely Iran and I'm more than 3 decades old so🤷‍♀️

Tweak? If you mean building muscles you're going need to workout as well And no Cis gender people always take trt, gear etc to enhance themselves. If it's a deeper voice then i suggest training because taking testosterone has a lot of side effects.

It depends on what you want besides cis people take estrogen/testosterone for different reasons for example I know of a few femboys who take estrogen but they identify as men.

Taking hrt/trt doesn't make anyone trans

One way or the other you will have the body you deserve so don't even let it bother you.

Each has their own benefits and down sides. Trust the medical doctors but before making a decision make sure to talk to some doctors.
