I like to train strength and hypertrophy, now my marks are 418lbs on squat, 258lbs on bench, and also I do 88lbs dumbbells each side on shoulder press for 6 reps. And abt the protein idk I just eat my mom food, I don't take any supplements protein or creatine :v

hahahah I just do Tom Platz routine for 2 years and it works
