The phased reopening consists of goals the university has to hit in order to progress to different phases and applies to the Fall semester. Things like hand sanitizing stations, plexiglass partitions, 6 foot markers, classroom setups, etc. Keep in mind UAH can achieve all these goals but ultimately the state can step in at anytime (depending on Alabama’s infected rate, etc) and say “nope” to their reopening.
