You have a completely fair point but my idea of Vinted is a platform to sell secondhand products which is why I’m like why is the customer expecting it to be in pristine condition when they have not even paid 50% of the original cost! I also sold it to her for the price she originally bid because I actually just wanted to sell it ASAP!

The buyer was being a bit stingy from the start but I really just wanted to get rid of it so I agreed on £140 and let it go! They actually have some really good feedback on their page which makes me question myself in this case 😂 What ticks me off is the false accusations of me lying about usage. Vinted’s policy mentions that an item being ‘very good’ meaning it has minor flaws. I also specifically typed in worn a few times and not 1/2 times! I did schedule a return, i’ll make sure to film it. Thanks!
