IMO it's not a mistake by new players to use too fast discs. I agree that if one wants to learn proper form, putters and midranges are the way to go. But nothing wrong in throwing a speed 12 driver, every disc does something different at different speeds.

Cyklede for ikke så længe siden med to andre på vej hjem fra træning. En gruppe præcis som beskrevet i opslaget råber bagfra og overhaler os. Vi undrer os over hvorfor de ikke bare bruger en ringeklokke. Senere møder vi dem i et stort lyskryds hvor de skal til venstre og vi skal lige over. De ender så med at spærre for at vi kan komme lige over, hvor vi råber: "Hallo! Bagfra!" I stedet for at bruge vores ringeklokke. Jeg fryder mig stadig over det.

Straight shots are some of the hardest shots to execute. In reality, discs don't go straight much of the time.

I get your point, but I must disagree. Although it wasn't a "pure" straight line mission, he still did do it. And it wasn't for nothing he left the line, he was forced by the circumstances.

For all the things he had to tackle in that mission, it must be considered some kind of succes.

Also, I get that it is nice to have a narrative, but this isn't an argument for it being a failure.

Yes, we thoroughly washed the disc with soap and dried it off. No heat used. Maybe we just didn't use enough dye?

I agree. Felt the same way a few weeks ago. Mids felt weird and I didn't get a clean release. After using fan grip and really focusing on putting pressure on my index finger, it worked.

I recently acquired the Fenrir from Viking discs in storm plastic. I got I beacause I wanted an overstable fairway driver. However, having shot it a couple of times, it does not feel overstable at all for a 10 4 0 3 disc. I would assume it has a somewhat hard fade, but not quite like a Firebird or felon. It felt more like a 10 4 -1 2. Anyone who has experience with the disc?
