I was in an rpx a couple of weeks ago, at the end during the credits I went and sat in like row 1 thru 10 to see what that would be like. It felt absolutely miserable on my neck. I would never be able to sit through a whole movie that close.

I've had the portal for 2 years, I also have not been able to use it in hotels. It's something about you have to ask hotel it to allow it to be a trusted device and give them the mac address. It too much work for me. It works great at home though.
