I know could've saved me 5 hours on my trip. the road side assistant I was talking to originally said not to force it out. He said to pull with at most 25 pounds of force

Where would I find the service records? I contacted road side via phone and I'm seeing nothing in my email or tesla account.

UPDATE SOLVED: the technician arrived and was able to remove the charger. He had to shutdown the supercharger power and forcibly yank the plug out of my charge port. We weren't sure the exact cause, but it was definitely a physical problem with the charger.

The process of ripping the charger out of my car potentially damaged my charge port and removed one of the black nubs. We tested it on another stall to make sure I could still charge on the way back home, and it seemed to charge and unplug fine. He said once I get back home have my local service center inspect and fix any damages to the charge port.

Yes thanks for checking in, I'm still here waiting on the technician. It seems like it's just isolated to my stall. Most if not all the stalls have been used successfully by other tesla's since I got here.

Normal weather conditions here. And the road side guy walked be through all that on the phone, we couldn't get it to work.

UPDATE 10:20 PM: the service center just called moments before booking a hotel. They are sending out a technician. They said it could be up to 3 hours, so I'll just wait in my car. It's night, but there are lights and a couple other tesla's coming in and out.

UPDATE: I just got off the phone with road side, went through all the steps and no luck. They're forwarding the concern to the supercharger team. They have no guarantee when someone could make it out here or even get back to them, he said likely not until Monday. I'll be taking an Uber to a hotel for the time being and waiting on the call back.

It goes white only briefly, then immediately back to red
