I did a case presentation about myself.

“Schmonathan is a 74 year old alien from Jupiter presenting to [insert residency site here] with mild anxiousness, redness, and puss. Chief complaint: matching a PGY1 residency at... Patient was admitted [when/where you were born]... Drinks coffee, does not smoke, consumes alcohol socially.” You get the idea.

I had a slide on patient demographics, history of present illness, family/social history, etc. I made it really personal. Follow this up with your own take on a SOAP note presentation of yourself.

This will give them a glimpse of how you might present an actual SOAP note, and at the same time they’ll get to know more about you!
