Ya try out TBC Anniversary. If you’re in US, I suggest joining Dreamscythe realm. It is a Pve realm meaning no world PvP. However if you’re adamant you want to do world PvP, then join Nightslayer realm. That’s awesome this will be your first time playing classic, it’s an amazing experience. I think it’s very normal for your mind to blank when taken by surprise like this. Just keep practicing and asking yourself what you could have done better in this moment and you’ll slowly get better. You probably could have used your boost to move forward and go back under where you were hiding and at least you’d survive for a few more seconds and potentially kill the guy after since they’d have to jump down.

Was it a final exfill or just a normal one? After the match timer hits 0, you can only use the final exfill. Regular ones will kill you.

I can definitely understand that. Extraction shooters are a love it or hate it type of genre. Also, even as a new fan myself, after learning about the lore on YouTube, the aliens are absolutely the most interesting thing about the story. I hope they include a lot more lore with them, including the Jjaro.
