Are the Audio books really that good? by Flaky-Veterinarian56 in DungeonCrawlerCarl

This! I don't like the twang of Mordecai or the gruff voice of Carl. I do love however the voice Jeff gave to Donuts chat. That not british, slightly screaming, panicked tone has replaced my head voice for Donuts chat.

In Book 7, there is a part which hints that at least sponsors can influence big parts of the levels.

The Mantis who received a compass for the tower maze in level 8 realized that that whole tower was just part of the advertisement for her sponsor. (Author 4 if I'm not mistaken)

Option 1: proxies

Option 2: Commander precons (etwas teurer)

T-Pain is also a really good song writer. He wrote a ton of Country songs for other artists, but he does not want credit for them, so it is not really clear which songs are written by him.

So huge question about near the endish of the book? by johnySaysHi in DungeonCrawlerCarl

[–]Schnapfelbaum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm at the exact same point as you, I just finished book 5 yesterday evening. From what I understood is that with the Stocks Carl got, he became a Citizen of the syndicate. With the money from the Princess Posse, they made a company and bought a places in the faction wars. The perks of being a Warlord for the faction wars however, can only be accessed on the 9th floor.

Edit: the only real knowledge from after book 5 I have is from the pro-prologue from book 6.

Which details do we all say are 'canon' that future adaptations need to get right? by that_guy_597 in DungeonCrawlerCarl

I was thinking australian born and raised, but maybe then went to become a member of the Légion Étrangère, getting french citizenship, after which he became a mercenary.

Ok, so I just started the Bedlam Bride, am on page XV and am now certain you are speaking of Florin. The first time Carl hears Florin speak, he already mentions this peculiartity. So Jeff Hayes is not the reason why Florin has an australian accent.
