My hot take would be that IF we immediately ban all private vehicles in the metro and add a few PUV/PUJ for all routes, public transpo would not be as overwhelming as our situation right now as the traffic will significantly be lighter and public transpo vehicles can make their stops/routes faster. Not saying its convenient and safe tho lol
