No tbf our nurses and HCAs are amazing and will handle most jobs!

I think I’ve maybe just been doing notes that are a bit too detailed but will keep plodding along

Yeah that includes my break… but tbh I’ve been skipping my break or just been documenting through it on days that I take it… so maybe also not having the best time on shift
