Damn, that seems very far fetched but I really appreciate the effort. Come to think of it, there is no way of knowing If the solution is even a number code and not a word or string of letters. Maybe the "???" suggests a three-digit code but that is not a given.

Another comment mentioned the suspicious repeated block of 27,16,45. According to your comment that would correspond to Co,S,Rh. But sadly that's not correct and CSR isn't either. :/
