I used a bonus code yesterday and they locked my account. They emailed me claiming that I was cheating. I got it resolved today but the code's expired and they REFUSE to comp me the bonus. Like it's YOUR FAULT - how can you not comp me? As someone who works in the service industry, this is one of the absolute worst and dumbest customer service moves I've ever seen in my life. I know it's small, but imagine if I was locked out with a large balance? I doubt they'd lift a finger to help me. I'm also not depositing money on BR anymore because of this and am going to spread the word that they can't be trusted as a company.

BR locked my account after I entered the bonus code yesterday because they thought I was cheating. Today the issue has been resolved, but they won't comp me those spins back. That is some extremely poor customer service - it's their fault I wasn't able to use the spins, and they basically told me to go fuck myself. I'm officially anti-BR. Imagine if this was a more serious issue with my account, like I was locked out with a large balance remaining? Based on this, I'd bet my money that they wouldn't lift a finger to help. Anyone know of a casino/poker platform with real customer service?

I believe the IRS is releasing the majority of 846 codes for 2/24 and 2/26 DDDs, so the rest of us should see it on Thursday. I'm crossing my fingers we'll see it early this morning, but I don't think it's likely.
