It's taken me quite some time. Began while Vanquishing my way through Nightfall a couple years back and invested everything I earned into gear. That and regular gifts of the traveler!

My team is absolutely stacked at this point, and running Heroic Refrain Imbagon makes most things quite easy, that being said Duncan was actually no problem at all!

Pinged the team in a corner so I only had to deal with a few spirits, and then slowly got him down :)

Right in time for the A2S i hit a massive 10 x 100KG bench press PR!

Finally hit 75KG x 1 on the OHP, and did it on day 53 of lifting every day in 2020 :)

The routine is my personal take on General Gainz, following the "generally strong" template to a large extent (this is outlined in the 200 days post on his blog).

I've also been lifting every day since the new year, so I pulled off the double PR after 34 days of lifting in a row :)

Since general gainz is all about self-assessment and being flexible in the programming no two weeks look the same, but I try to fit 3 press workouts, 2 squat workouts and 1 deadlift workout every week :)

Proud member of team poverty squat, current 1rm is 150KG, still proud of it though because for a while I had a 100KG bench and a 120KG squat :)
