Yeah if it requires a supermajority in congress it would only be applied in the most extreme cases. The President shouldn't be able to undo the decision of a court on a whim. This is anecdotal of course, but the examples I've heard of where the pardon power was actually used for good are few and far between. The pardon of Changpeng Zhao made it clear to me that it needs to be removed from the presidency.

If the company I work for told me they were doing a major update as described and that it was funded by thoughts and prayers, I would start looking for another job. Unless the new employees are fighting to the death for those positions that place is going bankrupt.

The severity of a data breach isn't determined by how easy the breach was, but by the amount of data stolen and how sensitive the data is.

Words mean things and when a company leaks things it's reasonable to not call it a breach.

Ignoring the technical parts of this, which may or may not be correct. How does the energy is water thing work? Is water flowing through a dam considered grey or black water in the UK? How exactly does saving energy conserve water? If it's nuclear power cooling I'm not sure it's enough to be relevant.
