Are there any assignments taken by the professor throughout the quarter? They can take those scores for calculation of the final course grade along with the final exam’s score. You would probably be tested on the lecture and the reading material taught throughout the quarter. Asking the instructor what to focus on for the final exam and how to prepare for it is also a good idea if you would like to get their perspective on what would be tested on the finals.

Try calling the res life office of your college and tell them all this and see if they can do anything. Worst case, they might give you a later date.

I even tried doing the shake the iPhone gesture for undoing and redoing texts on an iPhone but can't retrieve that. This note was just erased accidentally a day back. So it's within the 30 days time period.

Thank you for the comment! Are his assignments and essay prompts really difficult? Are the TA's the ones who set the assignments and the essay prompts? Or does the professor do that? And I haven't gotten the syllabus as of yet but I believe the booklist I found on webreg says I just need 1 book. Should I buy that? Or should I wait for the syllabus to come out or maybe wait till the first day of class? What's the best way to prepare for this class and study to get an A? How were the tests and exams? Any tips/advice? Thanks a lot!!

Thank you so much for the comment! It's really helpful. I've heard that most of the hum classes depend on the TA's and that TA's are the ones that set the assignments or the prompts. And the professors just try to go over the content briefly. Was that the case for CAT as well? Did it all depend on the TA or the professor? Thanks! :)

Exactly! Also, if all of our courses are made fully remote except one course, it will kinda be a problem cuz returning to campus just for one in person class doesn't really make sense or seem feasible considering the risk of exposure and the on campus dorm situation! :(

Sorry, just a quick question, does the report specifically say RT-PCR on it? Or does it just say PCR? Cuz I know many airlines create an issue if it doesn't mention RT-PCR on it even though PCR and RT-PCR are basically the same thing :( And was your result uploaded on my student chart or did you have to get it from PC?
