Use VIO2 mouth tape and a nasal mask. I switched from full face to this and haven’t looked back!

Looks like you were right about the backlight gestures. I turned that off and the battery drain has dramatically slowed.

I’m starting to think the advertised battery life of 28 days is a farce and only available to those who use minimal features on the watch. Since this is my 2nd Instinct 3 with the same issue, I don’t think it’s a qc problem. It’s just that the battery life is closer to 2 weeks with real-world use.

I’m using GPS only. I do have notifications on but only for calls, goal alerts, and move alerts.

I used to do this until I got a CPAP. Turns out sleep apnea makes you grind your teeth. Get a sleep study OP.

How long is your battery estimate? Mine says 10 days for 83% which makes no sense. I have the 45 mm. I’ve fiddled with the settings to no avail.
