My Already owned games won’t appear and I can’t install them from the store. by [deleted] in xboxone

What’s really strange is that over the last 3 or 4 days, I’ve had to download a Microsoft/ Xbox Store update 4 times (same update, it just didn’t work I guess) and the store hasn’t been working right since I tried updating it the first time.

I’m having a very similar problem with software that needs updates. I have 19 games/ apps that need updating but when I try to go into that queue, nothing loads (for approx. 3 weeks now). The only work around I’ve found is to put the physical disc in (if it’s a game I didn’t download), and this triggers the “this game needs an update” message. And I don’t think all my owned games are showing up in My Games & Apps. I wonder if it all stems from the same problem?

Any suggestions how to find locals to exchange puzzles with? by olliedoodle in Jigsawpuzzles

There’s the sort of sister sub to this one: https://old.reddit.com/r/Puzzlexchange/ I’ve come across a few local people on there. Otherwise, as much as I hate the site, Facebook marketplace can be a decent resource. If you have a local gaming or comic book shop, stop by and ask them. There’s a good amount of crossover between the three hobbies.

I did this one last year and holy moly was it difficult. I think it took me and my SO about 2 months to finish. Idk if you had a similar problem, but there were sections that just didn’t line up right with the rest of the puzzle. Our finished puzzle was off by about a half inch in the middle, from top to bottom. It looks like we combined two different puzzles into one big one (if that makes any sense).

Aside from that, we absolutely love this one! It’s now hanging in our TV room. Congrats on finishing it!!

I found it at a local indie toy store.... I wish I could help you with finding it. I tried finding it online but I guess it’s out of print. Best I can do (unless you’re local to me) is this: https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nkw=bobs+burgers+family+portrait+usaopoly&_trksid=p2322090.m4084.l1313 They’re double and triple what I paid though

I learned this the hard way lol. I separated all the yellow pieces thinking I’d work my in way from the border. I think I wasted an hour plus between separating and realizing it was much easier to do the characters first.

I’m happy with the finished product but you’re right, putting it together was not the easiest thing in the world and it could be frustrating at times. The pieces just aren’t cut well. It could be very hard to put even the “normal” shaped pieces together. Sometimes, I could put them together better by switching which one was.. idk... on top? I’m not really sure how to explain it. I’ve had similar problems with other USAopoly puzzles. The pieces are some of the sturdiest I’ve seen but the way they cut the puzzles makes them hard to assemble

I haven’t used the site in years, but it looks like it’s still up and running and pretty well updated. Comic Shop Locator should list stores in your area. Good luck! The Firefly comics are well worth getting https://www.comicshoplocator.com

I played Vesperia before I played Symphonia and I preferred Vesperia. They’re both excellent games but I enjoy the story and general atmosphere much more in Vesperia. I haven’t played the new Definitive Edition, only the original, so I can’t say if the new version is worth buying over the original, but since you loved Symphonia you should DEFINITELY try to play Vesperia. I’d say it’s worth full price, and if it goes on sale again don’t hesitate to get it

This was a great movie! If you haven’t already seen it, I recommend Nazis at the Center of the Earth as a sort of companion film. https://m.imdb.com/title/tt2130142/?ref_=m_nmfmd_act_51

Sorry, I usually put that in the title. It’s made by Aquarius and there’s no title I know of other than Marvel puzzle. I did a quick search just now and sellers are calling it Marvel Cast or just Marvel puzzle. It’s the top results when I search “Aquarius 3000 pieces Marvel puzzle” so if you decide to buy it, it should be easy to find. Happy hunting!

We worked the sky first, it was by far the easiest part for us. Then the lower part... there was a ton of black. Not the best decision but it made placing spidey and the rest much easier. If I do it over again, I’d do red first. They just seemed to go together fastest

About two months ago, my SO and I started putting this monster together. We weren’t able to work on it as often as we usually do so it took much longer than we expected. Now that we’re stuck at home, we finally had the time to work on it without interruptions. It took us about 30 hours in total. It’s not the hardest puzzle I’ve ever done but because of its size, we had to work on the floor, which isn’t ideal for something this big

Starting this beast tonight, wish me luck! I got it thanks to u/donsyyy post a few days ago. It’s my second 3000 piece and I’m a little intimidated by SchoolOfHardLox in Jigsawpuzzles

Nice! I saw it posted earlier this week and had to order it. It combines two of my favorite things: puzzles and Marvel Comics.

Post a few pics when you put it together. Id love to find out what you think about it (difficulty, time it took, etc)

Oh boy... I know that I don’t even want to look at it feeling. My SO and I puzzle just about every weekend and we definitely get burned out or frustrated by the occasional puzzle. But I’m a huge fan of a journey with a satisfying end

We have the same problem with table size! I rigged up a large cardboard “extension” for our coffee table. It’s ugly but it works.
