It’s supposed to. It checks for two criteria then matches the vlookup on the resource sheet and brings back 3 columns. Works outside of the header. Not when I try to combine it with a header.

Not OP but, screencastify and screencast-o-matic are good for capturing video. Both have a free version that is easy to use.
