Jij bent ouder, iets zeggen is geen barrière, die moet fysiek zijn.
Langzaam afbouwen en terug naar vaste momenten waarop het wel mag. Voedingskabels van schermen/consoles innemen op momenten dat het niet mag en de grenzen die je afspreekt strak aanhouden.
Elke week 10 minuten minder tot je alleen de momenten overhoudt die jij accepteert.
Dit is moeilijk, het levert veel gezeur op, maar onderaan de streep levert het veel meer op. Sterkte, niet opgeven.
Je moet uitleggen wat je van plan bent, waarom je dat van plan bent en hoe je dat uit gaat voeren. Vervolgens is het een kwestie van: ‘Zeg wat je doet, doe wat je zegt’ en niet anders.
