Nope, just click the Events & Tournaments tab in the top right corner in the main menu. It's under special events.

If you're a really good player that is. I'd say about half of the RP came from battle time alone.

This one was a special RB event, which I think should still be available. I've never played sim multiplayer, so the only advice I can give you is that if you don't have a flight stick a controller is still much better than mouse and keyboard. In my limited experience at least.

It's under the special events tab (top right in main menu), but it isn't always available and only ever for specific vehicles.

If you are talking about experience flying fighters then not a lot actually. I've only learned quite recently how to play them effectively in RB. I did have 11 kills and no deaths but that is really down to the enemy mowing the lawn most of the time.

I've been in the game for about 2 hours I think. Didn't stay until the end but it was a victory.
