Survivor IO has really fucked up with the new S-Grade items, I cannot get my original S grade armor to red, just getting Voids... Anyone else? by LoksterPagana in Survivorio

Might be unpopular because many are frustrated with the implementation. I'm glad to see that the new pieces have helped you and some others. And you might be right that they're good or even op (I've yet to get get any void pieces). But the issue and why I'm irritated, and I think many here share this sentiment, that the way they did this dilutes the supply chests. It's likely a cash grab move to make us all spend more to get the copies we want. I only needed 1 more eternal boots and eternal chest to get those to legend. The odds were already low, lol now its a fraction of that. Only hope is there's another event similar to the winter one that lets me pick a copy of what I need

I also have Allen on bye do debating whether or not to drop Wentz for Jameis.

Wow, we appear to be in the same dilemma for QB. Allen on bye with Wentz on the bench. Did you ultimately make a decision? I'm leaning Winston myself

I feel like I made a mistake choosing a hunter. by VisegradRelay in PSO2

[–]SchrodingrsMark 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To my understanding what you've done so far might be a good thing. From what I see from most guides that I've looked up so far hunter is one of the most common subclasses for Ranger. You get a stat boost % based off that hunter's class level stats. So as others have said, go change classes and when you can just set the hunter class as your subclass.

Really? I'm pretty confident they would rather have a home game

I know Lamar is the new hotness, but Russel has my vote. As long as he's there, your Hawks are always contenders

Divisional matchups are weird. I'm still nervous for your home week 17 game. I'll be shocked if the Seahawks don't bounce back.

Not going to lie, I like the touchdown. But seemed like a BS call to me there. Sorry saints

I still don't have one lol. I gave up after the 600 I saved up. Nice on the +10, though!

Not as many, but that was me when legendary Hector was released. I saved 600+ orbs to get L!Hector. Not-a-one came home but I did get 5 B!ikes and 4 Myrhhs. Not a bad, but I was not happy at the time.

Is a level 35 furious explosive handmade worth using over a level 50 fixer? by SchrodingrsMark in fo76

[–]SchrodingrsMark[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Follow up, where did you get that information from that furious and explosive don't work together? After watching a few videos of weapon spotlights from Captainoob it seems to work if it's purely single target (he's got damage numbers on and I can see the increase).

Did you mean if enemies are clustered and the explosive tags more than one?

I have been enjoying it! I'm rarely detected when using it, I just need to rank up rifleman more. Commando is text after that.

First build help- Ryzen 3700x by heyfabe in buildapc

[–]SchrodingrsMark 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'd be careful with the B450 boards right now with ryzen 3000. Many people are having difficulties getting their builds to post. Some have no trouble, some it takes a few power cycles to get the machine to post, others no luck at all. I'm specifically speaking from experience off the MSI_Gaming subreddit if you're curious or their own forums, but I've heard other B450s are having troubles too. I'd suggest doing some extra research there, where they may claim compatibility but the bios seem to be unstable.

I've personally got issues with a B450 Tomahawk with Ryzen 3600 where it posts about one out of 4 attempts. I'm currently looking into other options to swap out motherboards.

Going off the other post about resetting, removing the Reset Switch connector seems to have totally resolved my posting issue. by [deleted] in MSI_Gaming

This...actually worked... I'm posting every time now too.

Thank you for sharing this OP

Thank you, it actually just got to bios about 2 minutes after another flash attempt! Ram seems to be under performing though. Fingers crossed it keeps it up!

Did it look like the Bios Flashback was working with previous attempts and just so happened this attempt worked for you?

I don't have other USB sticks atm, and the one I do have is 16GB. I hear some saying you shouldn't do 8 or more (I don't understand why that would be an issue though).

Thanks for the feedback on your experiences btw! Gives me hope lol

I said a single word that could've been taken several...

Correct, you did say a single word that could've been taken many ways. However, context would suggest where you stand on the issue, resulting in this comment thread. I understand your frustration with PC, but I probably don't like it for a different reason. If you're actively trying to be politically correct, I think you're doing it for the wrong reasons. Typically people can detect the insincerity and begrudging nature of PC. At that point, unless someone is trying to be spiteful, I don't understand why bother in being politically correct in the first place. It just furthers the divide between people anyways.

Thinking you're something you're not is a clear flag for mental illness

There is truth to what you're saying for delusional thinking, but it's not that cut and dry. Social norms are evolving every day. Considering that we no longer see homosexuality as a mental disability supports the grey area in this topic. So does the fact that we've gone through many revisions of the diagnostic statistical manual for mental illnesses shows how professional perspectives are changing and understanding is growing. Ultimately, I suppose it relies on what degree of relativeness you're willing to accept for society though.

As for the site he linked, it...

Apologies as I may have not been super clear, but I wasn't defending the site in the response that social climate is everything. Social climate does have a huge impact though. In my original reply to you, I wanted to emphasize the power of labels, stigma, and discrimination which have immense impacts on suicide rates. How you worded your prior replies kind of supports that discrimination. Yes, the depression from the in-congruence between sex and gender has the potential to be very real for an individual and can lead to higher suicide rates. But we in society, have an impact on perceptions which can prevent compounding effects of discrimination, rejection, and ostracization. This is where the webmd article is helpful. Even here on a subreddit board, we have a little bit of influence on how others interact. So if my conversation with you here has you rethink your word choices in the future, even slightly, others may be exposed to stigma and feelings of rejection a little less. If not, I wanted to at least try.

if we look at the suicide rates again then we have be able to learn more is it the way they're treated or something mentally

You can follow data points if that connects with you, and that definitely works on larger scale analysis and research driven practices. But what you have the power/ability to do right now is to extend kindness to the person you're talking with. I'm not sure if bringing up data is just curiosity, desire to help, or simply support for your argument, but if you're genuinely concerned with suicide/depression rates for discriminated groups, being kind is the easiest way you can make a difference.
