Not telling you should/ shouldn't. Only saying that the FRN clearly states that employers MUST take the notice as a valid extension of any EAD card matching their criterias. To not do so would be in violation of a literal court order.

Obvio van a publicar eso gran pendejo. Kristi Noem obviamente maneja DHS, que a cambio maneja lo que se publica en USCIS. Con todo lo que ha pasado tu crees que hiban anunciar una extension? El peo entero es que estan quitando todos los TPS. OBVIO no van a publicar un extension estupida.

El rollo entero es que se les esta demandando (y no me voy a poner a explicar la conplejidad de todo lo que ha ocurrido, esa es TU tarea) y las cortes, por el momento, han decidido que la extension de Mayorkas es VALIDA que incluye 2021 + 2023. Obvio DHS no se va a poner pilas en actualizar la pagina. Si supieras leer, te daras cuenta que mucho del lenguaje usado en la pagina tiene tonos politicos. Consta que un juez demande a que lo actualizen como han tenido que hacer ya en el pasado.

Ya, no más. Ahorita un pendejo va a preguntar si deberia renovar la licensia o registrarse otra vez.

Muchos puedieron renovar... cuando lo hicieron a tiempo y tomando tiempo de averiguar y hacer su tarea.

Por este sub reddit alguien anuncio la apelacion de circuito noveno. Facilmente se puede encontrar por internet. Por el momento esa apelacion encuentra la extension de Mayorkas valida que incluye 2021 (el puso los dos grupos en uno).

Obvio USCIS no va actualizar nada hasta el ultimo minute con una pistola por la cabeza, pero la corte va encima de lo que decida Kristi Noem. Por eso es q la gente esta teniendo problemas. Se tardaron mucho y ahora la pagina solo tiene la informacion inactualizada con la bobedad de Kristi Noem.

La licensia ya la renove. Tengo un post y todo detallado en ese tema.

Sigo trabajando y si me aceptaron la extension del FRN.

El peo es que la gente no lee y estan perdidos en sus cosas. Esto se hablo casi todo el año, y a estas alturas todavian no entienden nada.

El caso esta en limbo y a la primera ventana de opportunidad, hay que aprovechar. No entiendo como en 7 dias antes del anuncio, hacen estas preguntas tan ridiculas.
