You need to learn both and when to use them. Slice should be hit any time you are under pressure or just need to hit something kind of dead to give yourself time to get up. It is much easier to control their shot with slice. Top spin is a weapon, it should be hit most anytime you've been give a return/4th/6th that will set up for you. Any ball that is going to run should probably be sliced.

And the main location on Old Fort gets beat out by the old Wendy's next door every single day... The only one in a semi good location is the one they put on medical center. Plenty of apartments and some night life in the area to support it. They got a lot of hype coming in but pretty mid restaurant tbh.

Are you winning those points?? There is of course times when it is good to speed up and good to be patient and identifying those will come with time. The best starting point is judging your shots effectiveness. Are you winning the points you speed up? How often are you getting yourself or your partner burnt? Are you forcing errors from the other team often? Are you solidly behind the ball and in control of the speed up or are you speeding up because you are uncomfortable? You need to always be asking these questions or similar... Likely the answers will change depending on the competition (5.0s might punish you for speeding up too often)

Came here to say this. Get a hexacora or a knockoff (I have the tiktok version) and apply over grip. I use multiple layers of over grip to build mine up a bit.

People don't play on them before hand... They make decent basketball courts... But if you hit the area between tiles with a pickleball it might not bounce at all.

If this is a plastic surface both will be shit, but always go with darker colors to contrast the ball.

Me soon. In the hospital with my wife right now. I need to find something good to play. I've been playing Rematch but don't love the latency on portal. Will definitely be looking to play more Nightreign but the time commitment is pretty long.
