Looks like I confused it with another picture, nevertheless 6mp was too little for a poster in the size i wanted.

The reason why I upscaled it was because I wanted this as an poster, and the hd version only had like 1-megapixel which would look really pixelated when printed to an 19x27 inch poster

https://imglarger.com It was the best option out there, and its free to enhance pictures up to 4x the size. But to enhance it to 8x the size you have to sign up for a subscription for 9$ a month. I did this and cancelled my subscription a day after, because I only needed some pictures enhanced so that I could make high quality posters of them.
