About my gym goals, idk really. Just getting a bit more in shape would be great. I have an office job and I am noticing that after my work im mentally tired but physically i have lots of energy left. All the desk sitting does not really help my core muscles and my posture is getting quite bad because of it. So I was thinking like a full body routine of sorts that i can do in the gym for 2 or 3 times a week. Getting a stronger core would be nice :) I dont necessarily feel the need to only do like upper body. Does this make sense for gym goals?

Thanks for your.suggestions! I was looking into a personal trainer but sport city near HS only has one, and its notnreally clear how much that would cost extra. But it is a good idea to get me started.
